How it works
From overdue to paid, in three steps.
At every step you can open the account and see exactly where it stands, without asking anyone.
Step 1: Place
Upload an aging report or a spreadsheet, or enter a single invoice, in the client portal. Or connect QuickBooks or Xero and pick from the invoices already overdue. We confirm every balance before anyone is contacted.
Step 2: We collect
Phone, email and letter on an escalating schedule, until the debtor pays in full or agrees a payment plan we hold them to. Every attempt shows in your portal as it happens.
Step 3: You get paid
Debtors pay by card, ACH or check against the invoices they settle. We pay out what we collected, less our commission, with a statement that shows every line behind the total.

Questions
Before you place an account.
What clients usually ask us first about how Odue works.
What does Odue do?
Odue, also known as Odue Group, is a commercial collections agency. We recover past-due invoices that one business owes another: we contact the debtor by phone, email and letter, agree payment in full or a payment plan, and pay out what we collect.
How do I place an account?
Create a client account on this site and tell us about your company; we review every new account, usually within one business day. Once it is open, you place accounts in the client portal by uploading an aging report or a spreadsheet, connecting QuickBooks or Xero, or entering a single invoice. We confirm each balance before anyone is contacted. If you would rather talk first, send the form at the bottom of this page.
What does it cost?
Odue works on contingency: you pay a share of what we actually recover, set by how far past due an invoice is when you place it. Our standard rates are 15% for 0–30 days, 20% for 31–90 days and 25% for over 90 days. Connecting QuickBooks or Xero brings the rate down on the accounts you place after that. There is no retainer and no monthly minimum, your signed agreement states your rates, and if we recover nothing you owe nothing.
What can I see in the client portal?
Every account you have placed: where it stands, from received to paid in full, its live balance down to the invoice, and every call, email, letter and payment as it happens. Payout statements show every line behind each payout, and you can message your account manager from any page.
How do I get in touch?
Use the form at the bottom of this page and we will reply by email. Clients who already work with us can also reach us from the client portal.
